Filter test output with LibreSSL related warnings on OpenBSD

We do not want that urllib spoils test output with LibreSSL related
warnings on OpenBSD.

`NotOpenSSLWarning: urllib3 v2 only supports OpenSSL 1.1.1+, currently
the 'ssl' module is compiled with 'LibreSSL 3.8.2'`.
